Beer Bread (The No Yeast Bread Recipe)

  • 3 c flour
  • ⅓ c sugar
  • 1 T baking powder
  • ½ t salt
  • 1 bottle of beer (12 oz)
  • 3 T butter, melted
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 5"x9" loaf pan with cooking spray.
  2. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together.
  3. Add beer and mix well. (The dough will be sticky.)
  4. Pour dough into a bread pan.
  5. Pour melted butter over the top.
  6. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until golden.
  7. (Let it cool before cutting or you'll be serving crumbles!)
