Beer Bread (The No Yeast Bread Recipe)

Serves: 8 slices
- 3 c flour
- ⅓ c sugar
- 1 T baking powder
- ½ t salt
- 1 bottle of beer (12 oz)
- 3 T butter, melted
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 5"x9" loaf pan with cooking spray.
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together.
- Add beer and mix well. (The dough will be sticky.)
- Pour dough into a bread pan.
- Pour melted butter over the top.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes or until golden.
- (Let it cool before cutting or you'll be serving crumbles!)
