White Chicken Chili: So Easy, So Good!

You'll devour this easy white chicken chili recipe.
  • 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and cubed (OR 2 c shredded leftover chicken)
  • 1½ t garlic powder
  • 2 cans great northern beans (or other beans)
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 2 cans chopped green chilis (optional)
  • 1 t salt
  • 1 t cumin
  • 1 t oregano
  • ½ t pepper
  • dash cayenne pepper
  1. In a stockpot or dutch oven, dump all ingredients and sprinkle seasonings over the top.
  2. Stir as you bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat, simmer uncovered for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Serve with monterey jack cheese, sour cream, and crackers or corn chips.
  5. For my large family, I always double or triple this recipe.
