Well, you’ll need pickles. You’ll need bacon. And a grill.
(Ok, fine, you also need toothpicks.)
We didn’t have pickle spears, but we did have a big ol’ jar of pickles from Sam’s Club.

So we just cut them into spears.
I bet they’d be a lot smaller if I had just bought regular old spears. But who wants to run to the store and spend money?

Bacon Wrapped Grilled Pickles
Ingredients
- 1 lb bacon
- 12 pickle spears
Instructions

Soak toothpicks in water for 10 minutes.

Wrap bacon around pickle spears.

Poke toothpicks through bacon and pickles as necessary to hold the bacon in place.

Start grill.

Lay bacon wrapped pickles over indirect heat. Grill for 7 to 10 minutes.

Flip pickles over. Grill for 5 to 7 more minutes.

Serve warm with your favorite ranch dressing to dip.

Grilling time will depend on the thickness of your bacon. So watch to see when it looks done.
These bacon wrapped pickles don’t reheat well. But you can definitely enjoy them cold as a midnight snack.
