My goals for last week were a nice mixture of fun and getting projects done. Since it was my birthday week and we had a nice gathering of friends, I was a little busier than I had anticipated. But I’m still pretty happy with our progress. Here’s how we did:

- Clean the front porch (working on wasp removal…look for a post on that)
Paint front bench- Repair back gate (still waiting on hinges)
Finish installing ziplineClean up and prepare for guestsMoney/Frugal Goals:

I found the quote in the image below by Teddy Roosevelt, and it’s a gem! I’m going to remember this whenever I am nervous about trying something new.
Our weather this week is supposed to be just beautiful. So I am trying to get as many outside projects and events done as I can. Here are my goals for the week!

Personal Goals I am not doing well in my personal goals! It’s always the first thing to go when I’m crunched for time. I need to find a way to prioritize this better.
- Walk 10,000 steps 3 times (I’d settle for 1 or 2 times at this point!)
- Finish the book Boundaries
- Get a haircut
How did your plan go last week? What’s in the plan for this week?
Best of luck on your goals for the week! It really can be hard to make time for yourself, when there is so much else to take care of (and so many other people!), but it truly is important.
I applaud you for setting out to blog plan all the way to the end of October – I’m horrible at the planning posts bit, normally just make a list of things to write about and write about which one when the fancy strikes (though that hasn’t always been successful!). I’ve always meant to be more concrete about it, but it just…well, honestly, I just haven’t made it a priority! Probably should change that, ha!
I have mostly been blogging by the seat of my pants, but I think it would be easier and more enjoyable if I planned it out better. Hopefully I will get it done!
Wow that is one hell of a to do list. Enjoyed it and gave me an idea to start planning my week too.
Yeah, I may have bitten off more than I can chew! But I’m aiming high. 😉
Good luck with your goals!
I try to walk 10,000 steps a day. Some days are better than others.
Good set of goals. Good luck. Thanks for sharing on the Homestead Blog Hop.
Thank you so much for joining #tiptuesday.
We had some issues with the post from last week, so I’m relaunching and promoting the posts now.
