Delicious homemade chicken nuggets
Preheat oven to 350.
In one bowl, combine breadcrumbs, parmesan, and seasonings.
In another bowl, combine your squash puree and eggs.
Dip the chicken nuggets into the puree bowl. Then dip them into the breadcrumb mixture.
Spray a cooking sheet with non-stick spray. Place nuggets on the sheet.
Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Once nuggets cool, put 4 to 5 in a sandwich bag. Place all baggies in a freezer bag and freeze. The night before, set them in the fridge to thaw for packing in lunches.
