Scrumptious, Easy Pear Bread Recipe

This pear bread recipe is the perfect way to use up pears in a delicious, moist quick bread.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 c canola oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c white sugar
  • 1/2 c brown sugar
  • 1 c peeled, shredded pears
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325 degrees F.

  2. In a large bowl, mix your dry ingredients. (Flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.)

  3. In another bowl, stir together the remaining ingredients.

  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Stir just until combined.

  5. Transfer into a greased 8 inch loaf pan. Bake for about one hour until golden brown.

  6. Cool before removing from pan.
