Use this meal plan in May to save even more money by buying what’s in season.
Meal planning might not always be a lot of fun, but it saves enough money to make it worth it. I like to share the meal plans I make each week in the hopes that I save other Moms some time and effort.
School lets out this week for us, so the meal plan will start to change a little bit. It will be easier to make pancakes and warm up leftovers during the day.

Why is May such a crazy month?
It seems like everyone and his brother has a birthday going on.
Then there’s Mother’s Day, end of school festivals, field days, field trips, etc. etc. etc.
It’s enough to make your head spin.
And on top of all of that…everyone still needs to eat 3 meals.
Argh!

When was the last time you considered the way you meal plan? I have used so many different methods over the years. I have not meal planned at all (which just turns it into a daily chore or worse, causes you to blow money on fast food!). I have meal planned an entire month at a time. I’ve done weekly.
But at this point, I’m finding that the 2 week meal plan gives me the most bang for my time.
